Hi, I'm Molly.

I’m a creative-director-turned-brand-builder-turned-SaaS-marketer, driven by a passion for compelling and effective storytelling. Throughout my 13 years in branding & advertising agencies, I've been drawn to small, entrepreneurial agencies where I've gotten to wear many hats. I have consistently—and joyfully!—straddled the line between Creative and Strategy, working in close collaboration with colleagues and clients to develop the strategic framework for successful marketing, and translating all of that into a portfolio of powerful and effective marketing work.

Most recently, I have transitioned out of agency leadership to focus on my work as an independent consultant, harnessing my expertise and love for the technology and SaaS space. I am passionate about guiding marketing teams to tell compelling stories that solve complex marketing problems and drive business results. I believe in the power of creativity to solve problems, that curiosity should guide the creative process, and that strategically-sound ideas outweigh catchy taglines every time. 

 

As a leader, I live by the philosophy of empathy with expectations. I'm committed to reshaping the creative & marketing industry as a more inclusive, accessible, and intersectional environment and am dedicated to humbly holding open the heavy door of the industry, for anyone who wants in.
